Kindly note, Shay Fit Fashion owns shayfitfashion.com. and its original content, which is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights.

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, stop text messages at any time, or email helloshayfit@gmail.com and my staff will remove you from the subscriber list.

Kindly remember, we reserve the right to terminate access to the site without cause or notice or delete your subscriber account, which may result in forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your subscriber account.

Shay Fit Fashion cannot be held responsible for any errors in the content presented or for the information provided is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai‘i, and the United States of America.


Returns

We do not offer refunds and can only exchange products subject to size availability, or we’ll gladly offer you store credit.

If you need a different size please return your item and place a new order.  

Once a member of our team has inspected the item, they will then decide whether the goods fit our terms to grant an exchange.

14 Days to Return 

We accept returns within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns that are past the 14-day / 2-week delivery time frame.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, Shay Fit Fashion does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when the return has been delivered.

Due to sanitary reasons, items being returned must be in the original condition that it was sent, with no sign of visible wear such as Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. Otherwise, the return will be rejected by our return department. We kindly ask you to send back your item in the same manner it was sent: unworn, and tags attached.

All sale items cannot be returned. It is a Final Sale. No Exceptions!

Any item purchased using a discount code higher than 15% is non-refundable (including all items marked as Final Sale)

Please include our packing slip (invoice) with your item to the following mailing address provided in the return confirmation email sent by our team.

Once the package has been picked up and released to us by the post office, you will receive an email confirming the refund to the original form of payment. Once the refund has been issued, depending on your bank funds may take anywhere from 5-7 business days to be reflected in your account.

Shay Fit Fashion reserves the right to reject any return that is not within the 14-day return window and not in the original condition it was sent.

Return Cost

If you request a return, you are responsible for covering any and all shipping costs to get the items back to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
